Jane Carlin

Jane Carlin joined Costa in September 2019 as the Finance Director of Costa Express and has since held positions as Finance Director for EMENA and subsequently Costa. International divisions before assuming her current role of Finance Director for Costa UK and Ireland in January 2023.

Prior to Costa Jane was the CFO for Macmillan Education, a global publishing company with presence in over 50 markets, and has held several senior finance positions within both Media, Consumer Goods and FMCG having originally trained with Unilever.

In addition to her role at Costa Jane recently held the position of Chair of Audit and Risk for Wikipedia UK where she has just completed a six year term. Jane is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Bsc in Biochemistry from Cardiff University and is based in London.
