1. Who are GENCFO?

Our community was founded in 2009, in the early days of digital finance transformation.

Chris Argent, an accounting professional who had been through several transformation programmes with leading-edge corporations, established GENCFO on LinkedIn, initially as a means of sharing his knowledge and expertise with his peers.

Today, GENCFO has over 100,000 members and is the world’s largest community of its kind for finance professionals.

Our members come to us for relevant and ground-breaking knowledge, connections and content, as well as events and experiences built on the same accessibility, collaboration and rule-breaking informality that has always defined us.

3. When is the GENCFO Summit?

GENCFO Summit takes place virtually from Tuesday 20th May till Thursday 23rd May 2025.

4. How many sessions can I attend?

You can attend as many live sessions as you want!

5. Do I need to choose all the sessions?

No, you can choose what sessions you would like to participate in.

Remember these sessions are to help you direct the disruption, so pick the most relevant sessions for you!

6. Do I need to attend all the sessions?

If you cannot attend an event and you have purchased our live access & REPLAYS Ticket, do not worry, you will be able to access these training sessions on demand via the GENCFO Summit microsite.

If you have chosen the live ACCESS ticket, unfortunately, if you miss the session, you will not be able to watch on-demand

If you upgrade your package, you will be able to access ALL sessions whenever you would like. 

8. How do I gain access to the recordings?

All sessions will be uploaded 2 days after the event, and you'll receive an email from GENCFO with details on how to view the recordings via our GENCFO Summit microsite. The recordings will be available until 1st December 2025, after which they will be moved to the GENCFO Member Hub.

9. How do I claim my CPD certificate?

GENCFO will contact you shortly before and after the event on how you can access your certificate of attendance.

10. Can I invite my colleagues?

Yes, please do! All we ask is that you invite people who want to direct the disruption—we're all in it together.

11. Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket at any time, please contact us via [email protected] and we will sort that out for you.
