A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Gilles has built his career at the intersection of finance, digital innovation, and data science, with leadership roles at PwC, IBM, Deloitte, Axon HCL, and The Hackett Group. He has partnered with CFOs and senior leadership teams across large-cap and multinational organisations, and more recently with startups, aligning financial strategy with business priorities to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Recognised as an influential CEO in AI-enabled finance and transformation, Gilles has published thought leadership on the strategic application of AI and developed solutions that support financial planning, investment appraisal, and sustainability goals. He has also been hands-on in building multiple AI assistants using Custom GPTs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), automation, and agentic solutions to embed AI directly into finance workflows.
