Hilary Mason

Hilary Mason is a Finance Director at GSK, working as a commercial finance partner in Global Product Strategy. Hilary has a first class degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and qualified as an ACA chartered accountant while starting her career in Audit at EY.

Since moving to GSK in 2014, Hilary has worked in a broad range of finance roles across group financial reporting, FP&A, controllership, and commercial finance partnering. Hilary is also a passionate advocate for gender equality in the workplace and in particular improving flexible working opportunities.

Since 2023 Hilary has been working in a job share with Sarah Rodgers which has enabled them to work part-time while continuing on an ambitious career path together.
