John provides the product vision for Fluence Technologies’ market-leading consolidation solutions, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer experiences. With over 35 years in tech and 25 years in the corporate performance management (CPM) space, he’s been at the helm of over 300 software implementations for hundreds of thousands of end users.

 Prior to co-founding Fluence Technologies, John was the CEO at Longview, where his dedication to customer satisfaction resulted in an industry-leading retention rate of over 96%. His success is due in part to the belief that customers should be a member of your extended family, not just a business transaction. John is an avid runner and cyclist, completing over 100 road races and duathlons over the last four decades.
