Vineta is Group CFO at Rohlik Group, a Series D Pan-European online grocer spanning 6 countries. She was the Group Finance Director at Ocado Group PLC, the FTSE 50 online grocer and technology provider, with over £2bn revenue globally, and has worked there since early 2013.

In her time in Ocado, she supported its growth from a £500m business to a £2bn revenue business globally, through business transformation, fundraising over £2bn as well as M&A and strategic divestments. 

Vineta acts as an Angel Investor & Advisor to a number of pre-seed start-ups across fintech, e-commerce and e-sports
